CALLING FOR APPLICATION: FACULTY OF MEDICINE POSTGRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME (FOMPSS) SEMESTER 2 2022/2023

Dear FOM Postgraduate Research Candidates,

The Faculty of Medicine, Universiti Malaya will be launching the Faculty of Medicine Postgraduate Scholarship Scheme (FOMPSS) to postgraduate candidates who are currently pursuing their Master’s Degree or Doctor of Philosophy (full research) in the Faculty of Medicine.

The FOMPSS will cover tuition fees starting from semester 2, session 2022/2023 in March 2023.

Key dates for applicants:

Application opens: 12th December 2022
Application deadline: 6th January 2023
Interview session: 2nd week of January 2023
Scholarship announcement: 2nd week of February 2023
 
Guidelines for the Application Process:

1. Applicants must submit the FOMPSS application form in softcopy to pgfom@ummc.edu.my.
2. The secretariat will acknowledge the receipt of the submission by email within three (3) working days. Please contact FOMPSS Secretariat if you did not receive any confirmation email.
3. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview session.

All applications should follow the latest guidelines and application form (as attached). Incomplete or late applications will not be processed.
