FACULTY OF MEDICINE POSTGRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME (FOMPSS) SEMESTER 1, 2024/2025

The Faculty of Medicine, Universiti Malaya will open its application to the Faculty of Medicine Postgraduate Scholarship Scheme (FOMPSS) to all local postgraduate candidates who are currently pursuing their Master’s of Medical Science or Doctor of Philosophy (full research) in the Faculty of Medicine.

The FOMPSS will cover tuition fees starting from Semester 1, Session 2024/2025 in October 2024.

Key dates for applicants:

• Application opens: 7th October 2024
• Application deadline: 18th October 2024
• Interview session: 4th week of October 2024
• Scholarship announcement: 2nd week of November 2024

Guidelines for the Application Process:

1. Applicants must submit the FOMPSS application form in softcopy to pgfom@ummc.edu.my.
2. The secretariat will acknowledge the receipt of the submission by email within three (3) working days. Please contact FOMPSS Secretariat if you did not receive any confirmation email.
3. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview session.

All applications should follow the latest guidelines and application form. Incomplete or late applications will not be processed.
