We are pleased to invite you to the Launch of GREEN@UMHealth, a significant event dedicated to promoting sustainability within the Faculty of Medicine. The launch will officially introduce the GREEN@UMHealth initiative, which aims to drive sustainable healthcare practices across the institution and contribute to a greener, healthier future.

GREEN@UMHealth is a collective effort by the Faculty of Medicine to integrate environmental sustainability into healthcare practices. We encourage all staff and students to attend and support our efforts to raise awareness about sustainable healthcare practices and to explore the exciting green initiatives we will introduce.

Key Highlights for the Event

• Keynote Speech by Tan Sri Prof. Dr. Jemilah Mahmood, Executive Director of the Sunway Centre for Planetary Health, sharing insights into the importance of sustainability in healthcare.
• TikTok Video Competition Winners: The winners of the GREEN@UMHealth TikTok Video Competition will be announced, showcasing creative contributions from our community.
• Booth Exhibition: Various sustainability initiatives and eco-friendly practices will be showcased at Centrepoint,Faculty of Medicine offering a hands-on look at how we can integrate sustainability into our daily practices.
