The Faculty of Medicine Research Office, under the Dean’s Office, serves as a one-stop centre to support researchers, academic staff, collaborators, and funders in the application, conduct, monitoring, and dissemination of health and biomedical research at Universiti Malaya. Acting as a liaison between the Faculty and the University, the Research Office plays a key role in enhancing research standards and output while managing research grants, providing research training, promoting responsible conduct of research, offering research laboratory services, and strengthening research collaborations.
The Research Office comprises three dedicated units and is supported by a team of administrative staff to ensure effective delivery of its functions.
