The Faculty of Medicine, University of Malaya would like to congratulate Dr. Prasath Swaminathan, our Master of Radiology (University of Malaya) 2021 graduate on being awarded the runner-up prize in the free paper oral presentation category (out of 1410 submissions) at the 19th Asian Oceanian Congress of Radiology incorporating Malaysian Congress of Radiology 2021. He was supervised by Prof. Dr. Norlisah Mohd. Ramli, Professor of Radiology at the Department of Biomedical Imaging, Faculty of Medicine, University of Malaya and the current President of the College of Radiology, Academy of Medicine of Malaysia. His co-supervisor was Prof. Dr Kartini Rahmat, also a Professor of Radiology at the Department of Biomedical Imaging, Faculty of Medicine, University of Malaya. Dr. Swaminathan is currently practising as a radiologist at Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Sabah and is working towards a position in academia. Well done Dr. Swaminathan!
