Pathology is a large and diverse field that allows a doctor to participate in multiple areas of the field or focus their scope to a specific area. It is a speciality that focuses on diagnostic work involving tissues, blood and body effluents.The Master of Pathology programme offered by UM covers comprehensive theoretical and practical knowledge to equip graduates with the necessary proficiency to become clinicians who are involved in diagnostic laboratory work and for the field of Forensic Pathology, the involvement with investigations into causes of death.
