Congratulations to Ms. Umi Nabilah (PhD candidate) and her supervisors, Dr. Azlan Che Ahmad, Professor Dr. Ng Kwan Hoong from the Department of Biomedical Imaging and Dr. Shasha Khairullah from the Department of Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, University of Malaya on being awarded the prestigious Early Career Medical Physicists Scholarship Award for her work in investigating the feasibility of marrow adipose tissue quantification using MRI as a biomarker for β-thalassemi.
