The Faculty of Medicine, University of Malaya would like to extend our congratulations to Ms. Khoo Su Pei (PhD candidate) and her supervisor, Professor Dr. Woo Yin Ling (Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist) from the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Faculty of Medicine, University of Malaya on being awarded the This Is Public Health (TIPH) Global Ambassador Award by the Global Network for Academy of Public Health. They were awarded for their project under the Removing Obstacles to cervical ScrEening (ROSE) Programme titled “Frontliners against cervical cancer - promoting self-care interventions for sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) among frontliners”. TIPH Global Ambassadors will represent their institutions and promote public health in their regions and globally.
