Ms. Umi Nabilah Ismail, a 2nd year PhD student at the Department of Biomedical Imaging, Faculty of Medicine, University of Malaya who was recently awarded an Early Career Medical Physicists Scholarship Award by the Winter Institute of Medical Physics hopes more people will realise the importance of medical physicists in research and clinical settings.
