Integrity Complaints

Members of the public, as well as the University’s academicians, officers, staff and students, can report the cases of integrity violation, misconduct, unlawful act and unethical behaviour to us.

Complaints and reports received by the Integrity Unit will be categorized into the following:

a) Misconduct

Any act which violates the code of conduct under Act 605 – Statutory Bodies (Discipline and Surcharge) Act 2000 and/or other regulations in force; and
Any offence of requesting, offering or accepting a bribe; making false financial claims; abuse of power for personal gratification as provided under Section 16, 17, 18 and 23 of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009; and other offences under the Act.
A form of sexual discrimination and violence that contradicts UM's mission and vision and poses a threat to the career development, learning experiences and well-being of UM students and staff.
