On-the-Job Improvement Project
On-the-Job Improvement Projects is one of the cross-curricular components of the programme which ensures the transfer of competences acquired in the field of organ donation to the professional settings. The main aim of the On-the-Job Improvement Project is to identify the main barriers and opportunities for improvement in organ donation and design an action plan according to the case.
The implementation of any of the topics proposed for development in a hospital setting could rise knowledge in organ donation and consequently improve actual organ donation rates.
The first year of the programme will be implemented from January 2020.
