The Faculty of Medicine, University of Malaya would like to wish a heartiest congratulations to our academic staff, Professor Dr. Lau Yee Ling and Professor Dr. Fong Mun Yik from the Department of Parasitology and Professor Dr. Maznah Dahlui from the Department of Social and Preventive Medicine on being recently elected as Fellows of the Academy of Sciences of Malaysia (ASM) at the recent 26th ASM Annual General Meeting.
An ASM Fellow is an individual who has made outstanding achievements and contributions in the areas of science, engineering, technology, social sciences or humanities and is elected for life based on their scientific and scholarly achievements.
